Mattie Hollar, CPNP-PC, CLC

Mattie is a north Georgia native, originally from the small town of Talking Rock. She obtained her associates and bachelors degrees in nursing from the University of North Georgia. As a registered nurse she worked at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite as a staff nurse on the gastrointestinal and endocrine floor and at several CHOA urgent care locations. In addition, she gained emergency department experience while working within the level two trauma center at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a master’s degree in nursing and became a certified pediatric nurse practitioner in 2018. Mattie practiced as a nurse practitioner at multiple CHOA Urgent Care locations and in private practice prior to joining Prestige Medical Group.

Her special healthcare interests include lactation support, the treatment and care of toddlers & school age children, & acute illness and injuries.
Outside of work, Mattie enjoys spending time with her husband and son, staying active, traveling, being outdoors, serving at her church, and doing DIY projects around the house.

She is excited to be able to practice and serve in the community she has grown up in.
